We liked the silent observation for four months. I worked for a chain of newspapers, and did not want publicity. My editor asked me if I would give the report, George Fawcett, who was on the phone early morning in March 1997. I did it because George was State Director of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON). My newspaper ran a front-page article on observation, with a rough drawing of me. Worse, plucked Winston-Salem, North Carolina newspaper is up to 94 000 copies and printed on the front page May 15, 1997. Eighteen other newspapers ran the same story before we lost count and interest.

TV-magazine "on paper", also called and wanted to fly out of North Carolina to do a story, but soon recanted, figuring there was not enough the graphics are the story. I received dozens of calls from people who had seen the same, the same day. The story ended. Four years lying dormant. This was just the beginning ...
